Kompsos means elegant in Greek, and this blend’s elegance is the inspiration for it’s name.
The base for this wine is Vidiano variety (40%). The grapes are sourced from 350 meters
altitude vineyards, the perfect place for expressive and stone fruit flavored Vidiano. Another
30% of Assyrtiko is added to enhance accidity, bring the mineral aspect and add a complex
touch in aromas. The last 30% is Malvasia Aromatica, one of the most aromatic Cretan
varieties which contributes to Jasmine and lime scents together with mind blowing
freshness. Try it with clams, chicken, grilled fish or seafood and you will find the perfect
pairing for your meal.
